ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE
Come and join me on my beautiful roof terrace in the heart of the old town of Barcelona and taste 3 delicious local Cavas! (The Spanish Champagne!)
I will tell you a little about the history of Cava, the Catalan culture and of course taste some lovely cold bubbles whilst enjoying spectacular views of the city and Montjuic.
We will sample the difference between a regular cava, a reserva and a grand reserva and I will show you that whilst Prosecco and Champagne are more widely drunk, Cava can easily compete!

What a wonderful unique experience this was for my husband and I. We've been to Barcelona many times but never experienced such an up close and personal insight into its history and food. Wow! What a great evening! We knew the evening would be hosted by a local, but it was even better than expected. Great company and a great evening – truly unique. I love Spain and have eaten out before, but learnt a lot more about Catalan delicacies, such as Vermut. Tasted the local drinks and food before heading out to experience the best of what Barcelona has to offer. I'm feeling hungry again just thinking about it. :)
