We want you to try the best local food only underdone because we hate to overkook food, preparing simple, fresh and row food is the best way to have healthy food but super tasy at the same time! One of the main secret is our home made olive oil that will make you feel like during the 60', where life was simple and food was genuine.
You will have different option to choose before we set up the Menu, but generally we are going to serve: Aperitivo italiano, main course PASTA, second course MEAT or vegan/vegetarian course...ending with a cake or sweets, a good AMARO or LIMONCELLO and of course CAFFE' ESPRESSO.

STARTER OPTIONS:
Cocktail di Benvenuto with olives and bruschette "Cinzano soda" or Campari o Aperol,
Parmesan Crostini with Bresaola and Rocket salad
Prosciutto e Melone (Ham and Melon)
"Caprese" salad, with tomato and mozzarella
FIRST COURSE OPTIONS:
Pasta with zucchini, speck and bechamel (Fusilli or garganelli)
Wholemeal pasta with radicchio, smoked cheese and walnuts
Fettuccine alla "Boscaiola" (typical from Rome). Pasta with sausage and mushroom cream
SECOND COURSE
"Straccetti", strips of beef with rocket salad and lemon sauce
"Mozzarella di Bufala" with rocket salad (from Sabaudia local dairy production)
"Panna cotta" cake or local sweets and biscuits
Coffe, Amaro (bitter drink) or lemoncello
