Love Portuguese Egg Tarts a.k.a. Pastéis de Nata? If so, you have come to the right place.
In this professional baking class, you will learn how to make a classical Portuguese Egg Tart and bake it from scratch. The ingredients are also readily available worldwide, that you can eventually do this yourself. We will give you a take-home recipe, and the workshop is designed to be hands-on so that you acquire all the knowledge, skills and tricks effectively, taught by a professional baker.
After learning the different procedures involved in making the egg tarts, we will end it by enjoying our own hand-made delicacies together with some tea/ coffee.
Portuguese egg tart pastries are very common and recognized globally, such as in China (Macau), Australia, United States, Canada, France, Brazil, among many other countries, and now, you can make it at your own home too, for your loved ones.
