I had the GREAT privilege of tasting Pamela and Arianna's cooking! The food was excellent and the company even better, they're amazing women ensuring all senses are taken care of: great presentation, inviting smell, delicious taste and great conversations! Highly recommended to everyone who wishes to have an immersive food experience in Barcelona ;-)

I went to Pamela's home restaurant to try the experience of "salt and pepper". We had a first dish of home made ravioli of spinach and ricotta with a mixed salad with a very good radish, the ravioli's were incredible! a magical trip of flavors!, maybe due to the transmission of Pamela's grandmother's cooking secrets. As second course we had a delicious venison stew, the meat was accompanied with many Mediterranean spices that gave the stew a very special mellow taste that melted in the mouth. For desert ice cream of balsamic vinegar and cinnamon, no words to describe this refreshing "finale". All dishes accompanied by a very good selection of Spanish and Portuguese wines, were we could choose between white or red. After dinner, Pamela surprised as with a bonus trick and offered us a coffee and, with or with out it, we could taste the panellets with mistela a traditional seasonal small cakes of Catalonia only available in autumn with a sweet liquor of grapes. The food was amazing! The evening was unforgettable. Pamela give as many surprises begging with a beautiful set up of the table with many delicious starters. Every bite was like traveling to different countries with a touch of dreams. The company was as good as the food. I highly recommend Pamela's restaurant for her excellent quality of the food, the fine cuisine and the amazing company. I can't wait for the next meal !!!!!!!
