My Menu book is my food blog, which has been tried, tasted and trusted vegetarian and non vegetarian recipes by my family and friends :-)
Anyway here I give you an idea about my serving.
Indian Traditional Style Menu:-
1. You will be welcomed with any fresh Juice or Milk Shake or Lassi.
2. Starter with Indian cutlets/Patties (Veg Cutlet or Beef Cutlet or Fish Cutlets)
3. Appetizer with any traditional dish like Appam (Rice Pan Cake) or Chappathi (Flat wheat bread) and Mutton or veg Stew.
4. Main Course with vegetable Pulao, Chicken Curry, Pappad and Raita.( For vegetarian's can choose Matar Paneer Masala/ Green Peas Cottage Curry) instead of chicken Curry.
5. Dessert, Any Indian traditional dessert like Payasam/Kheer or fruit salad.

Western Fusion Style Menu:-
1.You will be welcomed with any fresh Juice or Milk Shake
2.Starter with Fried Chicken balls or Fish balls or Veg Cheese Balls.
3.Appetizer with Chicken Fillets or Fish Fillets and Salad.
4.Main Course with Spaghetti Bolognese.(Beef or Chicken)
5.Dessert, Tiramisu with Coffee.

Note: If you love to experience our Kerala Sadya ( Sadya is a variety of pure vegetarian dishes traditionally served on a banana leaf in Kerala, India. Sadya means banquet in Malayalam.) I am also ready to serve it in a traditional way (for minimum number of people).

The menu can be customized but the prize maybe vary slightly according to the items.
The price for the set menu does not include any beverages or wine, but we are happy for you to bring your own bottle of wine.
