When summer is in its maximum explosion of colors, scents and 'temperature', usually you don't like to spend time in cooking....But this is a really pity!
Summer in Italy means tasteful tomatoes with their red scents, aubergines, sweet peppers, zucchini and delicious ricotta cheese and mozzarella!!!
Come to taste why I still cook when it's summer....you will have your best summer dishes =)
ABOUT THELOCATION
Nice and cozy apartment, me and my 2 sons speaking English. One of the 2 is speaking French and German as well...just in case!!!
Our apartment is at the second floor of a typical Italian condominium, very quiet but not far from Florence centre, easily reacheable both by car and train/bus
