My name is Nellie Kerrison and I am the founder of the acclaimed Relish Mama cooking school in Melbourne, Australia. I am also a food writer and stylist for some of the world’s leading food manufacturers. As a child, I grew up with a strong love and appreciation of cooking real food with real ingredients. My food philosophy is based on sharing the knowledge, skills and treasured recipes. I have a deep love of travelling, exploring the history of food in other cultures and bringing these recipes back to share with my students, family and friends.
