This lovely lady knows food! It was a special treat for me to eat out and not worry at all about my food sensitivities. Our evening was themed as Asian Fusion which I loved, as this is food I don't normally cook at home. It was a true "dinner out" but without the fuss of a restaurant. My favorite part of the dinner was knowing that everything I ate was created with good quality ingredients, which is always important to me. I loved it.

Faith and her husband have recently arrived from England and offer a wonderful culinary experience at their home on Gore street. We enjoyed the evening with our friends last Saturday night, and we're charmed by the musical production we were able to create with bells and a color coded Score! Faith is a fabulous cook! She brings flair, colour and style to every cooking occasion. She's a good all round baker and can make sensational cakes of every kind - still can't' forget the beautiful huge strawberry and mango swirl raw food Paleo cake that she made for a recent birthday party- I could have eaten the whole lot ! It looked stunningly dramatic and was so tasty you'd never believe it was dairy, gluten, sugar free! She's a skilled all round cook too - traditional, vegetarian and now is up to the minute with Paleo cooking, dairy free and gluten free - yum yum. On top of being a great cook, she brings her whole self to cooking and dining and if she cooks for you- consider yourself the lucky one.

Faith is a marvellous cook, as well as being a lovely person. Everything she does is done with a careful loving touch and attention to detail. She is a charming, delightful and friendly hostess

Patricia has recently left the uk to return home and the quality food of an entire community has dropped terribly. Faith provides truly excellent food which is healthy, nourishing and exciting. Every meal can be savoured! Combined with this you have a kind and sympathetic person. Oh what a loss to us and a gain to you. I absolutely and thoroughly recommend Patricia.
