ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

I have a single family home with me, my partner and my college kids. We love to have home cooked meals. We are definitely foodies. I love to cook as my partner loves to host our guests.

ABOUT THEMENU

The menu will include an appetizer of tempura shrimp and a variety of veggies.

The main course will be a Filipino tamarind soup called Sinigang. I boil pork belly and pig feet until fork tender and add spices and a variety of veggies. This is served in a big bowl over rice. Also served is lechon kawali which is fried pork belly.

Dessert will be halo halo which is a mixture of shaved ice and evaporated milk with a variety of fruits.

We live in the suburbs about 20 miles from Nashville.
