Leticia has a knack for detail. Her patience to create the most awesome treats for both the eyes and the stomach are amazing. She loves to spend hours creating the perfect sauce, designing the plate with radish flowers (hand carved of course). The beginning of the whole dining experience is how it looks, and it looks amazing. The taste just serves to intensify that. Wonderful!

I had the delightful pleasure of sharing an afternoon with Letizia this past July. My friends and I knew from the first step into her home that we were in for a treat! And treats we had!
