ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE
Paris has such a wide range of delectable little pastries in their bakeries, and you must be hoping to learn to make some of them for yourself, that way you can take French pastries back home with you to always remind you of your little trip to Paris! Also, if you are gluten or lactose intolerant, Paris is not always the best place to be shopping for dessert as it is so difficult to find desserts and pastries that are gluten and lactose free.
A sweet tooth at heart but with lactose intolerance, I have experimented extensively to change my favourite recipes to be lactose free. I am offering pastry making classes in Paris where you can learn to bake delicious pastries and desserts, even if you are gluten or lactose intolerant - isn't that amazing!
ABOUT THELOCATION
This master class would be at my place. I live in montrouge next to metro station Chatillon-Montrouge. Montrouge was the home of a number of well-known twentieth century artists. Currently the town is also well known for contemporary art exhibitions!
