Me and my friend come from southern & northern parts of India and we create a fusion of both regional specialities, with each bringing our very own regional indian spices ranging from green cardamom, bay leaves, mustard seeds, sesame, curry leaves, cinnamon, cumin, turmeric, coriander and of course green and red chillies - fresh as well as dried.

Our red curries are a blend of several spices mixed in a base gravy made out of onions, tomatoes, ginger, green-chillies & garlic. And for those who savour creamy curries we go with the paste of cashews or almonds with a dash of cream and pistachios. For those with sweet tooth, we add a handful of raisins too! The main course curry will be chosen according to the season and the fresh vegetables & meat found in the local markets. It could be anything ranging from Aubergines, potatoes, mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflowers, carrots, beans and/or eggs, chicken and fish.
