I am a self-employed small business owner and a competitive ballroom dancer/ instructor. As an athlete and a mother of 2 teenage children, I am a strong believer of healthy living and eating. Our family loves nature and the Great outdoors. We enjoy playing sports/ exercising, watching movies in the privacy of our beautiful home or bringing our dog to the beach or dog run whenever possible. I believe that it is important to live a full and authentic life, enjoy new experiences and be true to yourself, by doing what you love. Cooking is an expression of my love for my family, friends, and the good life we have been blessed with.
