ARE WELCOME CHANGES IN THE MENU.
We can cook anything from Italy and almost everything from japan (not same price).
We will do a typical Italian food from the Roman tradition.
We will make a pasta with could be or AMATRICIANA or CARBONARA. That's you choice.
Then we will make a very typical meat with ham named "SALTI IN BOCCA".
If you have special request of any type of food just write me, i'm sure we will arrange a fantastic experience.
Obviously we can arrange together a VEGETARIAN menu without any kind of problem.
It's your choice what drink during the dinner. We propose a selection of craft beer that will be suggested by a friends of mine who work with beer. We have too different selection of spanish wine which are selected from friend of mine who is a french sommelier.
