Hello! I am a Turkish master chef, and have about 25 years of experience in cooking tthe Turkish cuisine. Turkish cuisine is a fusion of Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Central Asian influences. The Kebab is the most famous dish in turkey, and my personal favourite is the ISKENDER KEBAB. I love the taste of it, and also preparing that for you! You can also expect to try the traditional lentil soup and the traditional ashure dessert. This dessert, made from grains, fruit and nuts has a history that is centuries old.
