Our brunch and dinner include mainly vegetarian courses, pasta, vegetable cakes, creams. Of course everything is homemade and the inspiration comes from our mum and granma teachings (South Italy, we can't live without our pasta, home baked pizza and tiramisu), from local tradition (you'll never miss some rustic fuet or tortilla de patatas with your vermut!) and from my experience working during 10 years at a Palestinian restaurant, with strong Mediterranean taste (they say my hummus is the best ever, try it to believe!).
