Alexander, is an engineer, he lived in Italy for many years but has Romanian origins and still loves to cook with the flavors of his land, enriched by contamination of flavors that experiences every time. Serena, is an architect, was born in Florence where he lived until the age of twenty, he is passionate about Florentine and Tuscan cuisine that has been passed down through the recipes of grandmothers and mother. Together they love to experiment with new dishes and discover the taste of international cuisine, such as the Mexican and the Spanish, or the Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine, always looking for new flavors and combinations. Alessandro, ingegnere, vive in Italia da molti anni ma ha origini romene e tutt'ora ama cucinare con i sapori della sua terra, arricchiti da contaminazioni di gusti che sperimenta ogni volta. Serena, architetto, nasce a Firenze dove vive fino all'età di venti anni, è appassionata di cucina fiorentina e toscana che le è stata tramandata attraverso le ricette di nonne e mamma. Insieme amano sperimentare nuovi piatti e scoprire il gusto della cucina internazionale, come ad esempio la messicana e la spagnola, o la cucina asiatica e mediorientale, sempre alla ricerca di nuovi sapori ed abbinamenti.
