I am an experienced language teacher, having professionally taught English for 17 years and Japanese for 10 years. I have taught in and outside Japan, to learners at various levels and of more than 20 different nationalities. I myself traveled about 20 countries and lived in the U.S.A., Australia and the United Arab Emirates. Cooking has been my lifetime passion and a means to express love for my family, friends and others. In 2016, I started offering Japanese home-made meals to tourists from abroad, while teaching how to cook Middle-Eastern dishes to Japanese people. More than 200 people from 20 different countries already enjoyed cooking and dining at our home. Help deepen people’s understanding of different cultures through cooking is my biggest pleasure. I believe it can be a positive action toward world peace.
