I am a 38 years old guy living with my husband and my mother in-law in the beautiful village of Queluz, half way between Lisbon and Sintra, right next to the Palácio Real de Queluz. I travel a lot for work (I am a climate change consultant, providing advice to several countries around the world), but I cook whenever I am at home!! I love cooking and I cook all kinds of food!! I think my greatest characteristic is that I usually don't cook the same thing very often!!
