I am a Mechanical Engineer by profession. I have been working as a mechanical engineer for now over13 years. I have lived in India, US & Singapore. I was fortunate to eat home made food since my childhood. Eating home made food with family was a tradition. I have been successful in maintaining that tradition now as well. Not only that but including variety of grains, pulses, vegetable in my daily menu is what i aim for. I am a strong believer of the fact that food is actually a very powerful form of medicine for almost all our ailments. I really want to assimilate all the different types of grains & spices used in olden days into my daily cooking, to reap their benefits in our day to day life.
