For the starter, you will be able to taste the "viande séchée", which is dried pieces of beef, typical starter before a fondue that locals share.

Then we will prepare the the Fondue! We have chosen a traditional "Moitié-Moitié" fondue, which is the creamiest. It is called "moitié - moitié" (half - half) because the composition is half vacherin cheese and half gruyère cheese.
We will also serve Swiss white wine called "Fendant" which is typically the wine that locals drink to accompany the fondue (or tea if you do not drink alcohol).
