Zack makes the guacamole & I make the taco dip. We use organic, fresh ingredients! I grow my own vegetables and we buy everything from the Farners Market when in season:) The 8 layer taco dip is a crowd pleaser. Bean dip, guacamole, sour cream, tomatoes, olives, scallions, salsa & cheese. For the main course, Spanish rice & cheese tamales made fresh by me. They are stuffed with Zacks pickled jalapeños!
