I am young profesional chef from Austria. I live in Barcelona since 9 years. The basics of kitchen and service I learned in the tourism school in Villcha (Aut). I already worked in Switzerland, Austria, Liechtenstein and Spain. My style of cooking can be described as fresh, light and full of fascinating aromas and textures. The use of first quality products and a seasonal offer has priority for me. I work mostly with ecologic products. I had the posibility to work in high class hotels and restaurants, as also in popular taverns or etnic kitchens. What I learnd, is that a good meal needs time and love. With every dinner y try to add a lot of those ingredients to make it a very special occasion for you. Hola, soy austriaco y vivo desde hace 9 años en Barcelona. Trabajo en gran medida con alimentos de origen ecológico. He tenido la posibilidad de adquirir experiencia tanto en cocinas premiadas de la guía Michelín y Gault Millaux, como en cocinas tradicionales y populares.

Food and service was great but we got lost coming in because the description on the address sent was cuarto 2a, but because we followed another group in we did not see the "special" note on the buzzer and got lost and had to call and got late to the party. I know it might make sense to you but please think of the guests and write explicit directions on your notes. Especially for foreign travelers we can not think to find cuarto 2a on the 4th floor.

Rudi was a fantastic host. We had two people in our group that had special dietary needs and he accommodated them flawlessly. His dishes used a variety of culinary techniques and all of them tasted fantastic. The smoked salmon (or for one diner smoked tofu) was one of the many highlights of the meal. He paired local wines with the meal and was very generous with them. We would highly recommend this chef if you are looking for a fun and hospitable host along with a fantastic meal that would be comparable to that in a Michelin starred restaurant.

Rudi and his wife were superb hosts. My girlfriend and I both agreed that the food was very very close to Michelin one star level cuisine. Thanks for a great night

Great time, great lokation and good food. We hade an awsome time with Rudy, the lokation was wery central and well adapted to the event. The food had upps and downs some disches were a treat with great taste some were less so, nothing was bad but some could be better. The wine paring could do with some work. In time Rudy will be great and I am glad that we could meet on his way to the top
