Weighing in at 100kg in 2013, I had high blood pressure, high cholesterol and borderline diabetes. Using a three prong approach of healthy eating, active lifestyle and supplementation, I successfully lost 21kg in 6 months (in 2014) and was taken off medication by my GP. I am determined to advocate the importance of living healthily and eat well. After regaining my health, I went on to get certification in sports nutrition. I also volunteer in health and nutrition talks aimed at people who are willing to make a difference in their lives.
