Bellisima Francesca! She was a fantastic host, chef and teacher! She was very kind and patient and taught us a lot. The food was AMAZING! We will definitely use the techniques we learned back at home. More importantly she made the whole experience fun, enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely recommend Magic Francesca to anyone looking to learn how to cook great Italian good and have a blast while doing it!

Francesca was a wonderful hostess! We had a small group so everyone could really get a chance to participate in the prep/cooking of the dinner. The evening was full of humour and while my bf couldn't at the start... he got a little better towards the end. Francesca taught us a lot to do with Italian cooking which we hope to use when we get back home. Thanks for a wonderful evening, Francesca!

Great experience in an authentic Italian apartment. Host welcomes you into her home and treats you like family. Great to get a bit out of the center of Rome and enjoy this cooking experience that you can bring home with you and share with friends. Easy to get to, 5 min walk from metro stop. The food was delicious!

We had a fantastic time learning to make 3 different kinds of pizza! Francesca was fun, welcoming, and a great teacher. She showed us the whole process, and we can't wait to try them at home! They were delicious! I definitely recommend!

Francesca was so welcoming and is a natural teacher. She was able to explain all the steps necessary to prepare an amazing meal and allowed everyone to participate in some way. Francesca's apartment was perfectly set up for our family of four as well as another family of five. We would do this again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

We had a great food experience with Magic Francesca making different types of pasta, including a ravioli. My husband and teenage son, who do very little cooking, enjoyed the afternoon, and my son said it was the highlight of the trip for him. Francesca made sure everyone was comfortable and participating. She definitely knows her stuff; we tried lemon pasta in two different restaurants in Sorrento, and we all agreed they were not as not as good as the one we made with Francesca! We are looking forward to trying Francesca's recipes when we get home!

Our cooking session with Francesca was a highlight of our trip to Rome. We not only learned how to make some fantastic recipes but we also had a really fun evening and enjoyed a delicious meal that we cooked. It was an amazing value for a full evening of entertainment and food. She made us feel right at home and was great at giving instructions that were easy to follow. I am very excited to try out my new cooking skills.
