I am a professional chef (specialized in Mexican cuisine) and a licensed tour guide. I was born and raised in Acapulco, and I have been a tri-lingual licensed tour guide since 1988 and a cook by heritage, the love for the cuisine was a gift from my mother who owned a Mexican restaurant in my hometown, and my father was one of the pioneer tour guides of México) Since my childhood I became a lover of the history and traditions of my México as well as the amazing flavors of our cuisine By traveling around my México, I have fallen in love with my country, my people, the traditions, the history, the folklor, the extraordinary flavors of the Mexican food; but the most important I realized that the most enjoyable part of my profession is the fact that I like people, because that what all is about: People.
