I have been cooking professionally for the past 16 years. I earned a bachelors degree in Culinary Arts Management from the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY in 2006. I have owned and sold a catering company, worked on a private yacht, travelled and worked across the globe, taught culinary arts, and currently cater to some of the most esteemed wineries in Oregon.
