Originally from Venice, I grew up in South Africa and then studied Hospitality in Switzerland at the école hotelière of Lausanne graduating with a Bachelors degree. I now own an Italian Cooking School and Catering Company in London with my sister called Enrica Rocca Cooking School. I love to travel and try new food from all over the world and I incorporate these new flavours in my cooking.
