In the countryside of Florence, not so far from town, guests are welcome in our country house. We eat in the dining room, or directly in the kitchen if you love to participate in the cooking. And if the weather allows it, we can eat in the garden, which is fantastic in the spring and summer seasons. I have a well organized vegetable garden in the courtyard, which serves as the main inspiration behind the ingredients for our daily meals. The menu could change with season, but in order to keep to our tuscan traditions, here is a bite of what kind of dishes we could serve to our guests.
