Hi I'm Nadya ;) originally from east Java Indonesia, I started Cooking & Baking since I got to know Mon Lapin.
Sky Kitchen is a little thing I started to help busy families save time and money to get a homemade cooked meal on their friends and family's tables.
I always enjoy my time spent in the kitchen cooking and baking for friends and family, sharing the experience of a good meal and watching them devour what I've made gives me immense happiness.
being in foreign place is not easy to find all the ingredient to use in original for my recipes. I have to adapt the recipes to use local ingredients while still maintaining the authentic taste of my cooking. ;)
