The "hunter“ chicken is a classic meal in the repertoire of traditional French cuisine. It is a must try dish during your trip to Paris! As a private chef, I will show you my own version of this recipe in my home based restaurant in Paris! You will tuck into a chicken ragout with olive oil, cider and honey, which adds a nice sweet and salty taste to the meal. It is cooked for about 30 minutes in an oven and accompanied by potatoes with parsley and garlic as well as a French red wine (naturally!)
