ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE
If you do not live in Milan with the Milanese, then you cannot say that you have visited Milan! So let us, your local Milanese hosts, show you our city, the local way, and help you to discover many interesting things about our city. We will start wit an "Italian aperitif" in our terrace with typical Italian food, and then we can take you on a tour of some of the popular areas in Milan. We are in a great position to visit the whole new area of Milan and the tour includes: the new skyscrapers of Porta Nuova, Piazza Gae Aulenti, Corso Como, and then arrive at the Brera. About 1 hour and a half counting to stop often to let you admire monuments and local spectacular.

Our apartment is located in the new area of Milan, in Porta Nuova. We are a short walk from Corso Como.

This review is for my second dining experience with Federica and Mimmo and the occasion was my birthday! Although I was away from home and family on my birthday for the first time, my dining experience is and will always be most memorable for sure. My dining experience with Federica and her husband was absolutely superb and I sincerely mean that from my heart. The location was perfect and just a short taxi ride from il Duomo. When I arrived I was greeted with a glass of red wine and a walk to their terrazzo which had a spectacular view of Milan and we dined al fresco! Her husband has chef expertise and prepared specially for me a gluten free meal "experience" - black olive risotto with chopped pistachios, a gourmet plated olive oil, honey, mint infused shrimp dish with the best olives and oval shaped mashed potatoes - the best - everything was elegantly plated too! A creamy peach mouse with mint was served for dessert! Both host are very hospitable and the food..I know I mentioned the food already! I have already booked again to have dinner before I leave Italy. I am grateful to both of you for hosting me! THANK YOU!
