My kitchen is a food laboratory, I love experimenting with food for any time of the day. I use Italian grown organic products in my cooking, which I buy from the market or which I cultivate in my garden. Gardening is my passion too!
The choice of food is essential for the health of the person and that is one of the pleasures of life and therefore it should be devoted attention and love.
My specialties are traditional local dishes, like bunting or Offelle and soup dishes Goose. Depending on the season you can eat local products of excellence as Cilavegna asparagus, onions Bream, Borlotti beans of Gambolò or Pumpkin Bertagnina of Dorno, the goose salami. I also prepare dishes that come from my family tradition, on the one hand with the Austrian Zwetschgenknödel and an almost Tuscan dishes such as Mesciua or Mussels Spezzina, and then the gnocchi, ravioli ... But do not miss the creative cuisine, the game of surprises and special attention is paid to the presentation of the dish.
