I have worked exclusively the past 15 years in Cajun/Creole, Southern ( Tennessee, Texas) and Mexican including Mexico City, Oaxaca and border towns. My style is a mix of Louisiana meets Mexico in what I like to call Cre-Ole! I have worked with Mexican grandmas, young cooks, old southern women who couldn't read but could cook. My biggest influence, inspiration and someone who was considered the best cook in all of our hometown in Tennessee was my grandmother. She inspired me to use bacon lovingly and corn-meal sparingly . You will leave fulfilled with food cooked with love and family tradition.

I live with two amazing locals one an aspiring chef and the other a international traveler and tour guide extraordinaire. Whether you are a tourist or a DF local, you love this experience.


Fried chicken with a spicy chili mole.
Oaxaca cheese biscuits with chorizo gravy.
Green chili mac-n-cheese with bacon and avocado
Smashed crema potatoes with a blend of 5 special ingredients.
corn meal tossed okra with cabbage, spices, bacon and tomatoes. A tamale stir-fry!

or/and the menu depends on the guests and what is seasonal.

drinks include; Sweet tea Caipirinha's, Mint Julep tequila cocktails, and Mexican Wines . Non- alcoholic options always available.

Dessert. Seasonal, depending on what is fresh and available. Pecan pie with a lemon meringue? Or my soon to be famous beignet with a light jalapeno chocolate sauce.


The apartment is located behind the famous and fabulous Roma Market in the Roma Mercado of Mexico City. Situated near the famous streets of Condessa and within the ever growing artistic and bohemian culture that takes the Mexican experience beyond tourism.
