Chef Marty lived in Tuscany, Italy and was trained by her Grandmother in the Art of Cuisine;
so her dishes are authentic Nonna's recipes! Reservations for six guests minimum, please!


I will be offering you a memorably delicious four course Italian dining experience!

My sample menu's include:

1. Antipasto: Crostini alla fiorentina (Appetizers Florentine style) and Bruschette al pesto (Pesto appetizers)
Primo: Risotto ai funghi (Mushroom rice served w/ butternut squash)
Secondo: Petti di pollo alla marsala (Chicken breast w/marsala wine sauce)
Insalata di fagiolini e pomodorini (Green beans & tomato salad)
Dolce: Tiramisu`(Chef Marty’s tiramisu)

2. Antipasto: Tartine di salmone e caviale (Salmon & caviar appetizers)
Primo: Spaghetti Mare (Spaghetti & shellfish)
Secondo: Pesce alla Fiorentina (White fish Florentine style)
Dolce: Dolce al limone (Lemon cake)

3. Antipasto: Crostini alla Sienese (Beef appetizers Siena style)
Primo: Pasta al ragu' (Pasta served w/meat sauce)
Secondo: Tagliata, rucola e parmigiano e insalata (Tritip served w/parmesan shavings & balsamic syrup)
Dolce: Fragoletto (Shortcake, straberries & ice cream)
