Hey, I'm Chef Lee. I'm a vegan Personal Chef and host of "The Caribbean Silver Palate" supperclub - where fine dining meets modern caribbean. I was born and raised on the beautiful island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines hence my affiliation with caribbean flavours and ingredients. I went vegan January of this year (2019) after "playing the fence" or transitioning for a bout a year and a half. Since then, I have been cooking up sublime vegan dishes with caribbean flair through private dinner parties and my supperclub - "The Caribbean Silver Palate". At "The Caribbean Silver Palate" fine dining meets modern caribbean creations. From the decor to the meticulously curated island-inspired menu, it is an tropical escape worth experiencing. My aim is to bring guests together at one table over exotic dishes, good music and pure caribbean vibes.
