We enjoyed our evening. Our hosts were engaging and the conversation was as interesting as the food and the food was great!

AMAZING! Elisabetta prepared a fabulous meal that was truly an intimate Italian experience. She treated us to a family recipe that involves no less than 5 hours in prep, which because of the time involved she only makes one to two times a year. We were truly honored. Elisabetta and Ref were the most gracious of hosts, don't pass up this opportunity while in Florence, it was one of our most memorable experiences!

My first ever BonAppetour experience was a good one! Great food and great company. Elisabet decided to host me at the last minute and it was wonderful to meet someone so open-minded. Her partner was also super interesting. The food was great and it was a tremendous experience to have home-cooked food in a local person's house.

We had a wonderful evening with Elisabetta, her husband Ref, and their houseguest!! Elizabetta is a fabulous host and cooked us a delicious homemade Roman feast with the freshest ingredients. It was one of the beat meals we had in Italy and a highlight of our trip! Elisabetta and her husband made is feel so welcome in their home and even took us for a walk up to Piazza Michelangelo and pointed out art and sights along the way. We will definitely be back again the next time we visit Florence! Would recommend this experience 100%!!

What a pleasure it was to be able to join Elisabetta, her husband, Ref, and their friends, for a delicious meal. She prepared a great range of dishes, showing off the terrific range of ingredients and techniques that she is able to utilize. The conversation was similarly wonderful, as we discussed Italian culture and politics, across time and the peninsula. Any trip to Florence must stop at Elisabetta's home, to give you a true sense of la dolce vita fiorentina!

I took Elisabetta's class this past Saturday. It was an incredible experience! The food was delicious and we got to be hands on in the preparation, which is so important. We made fettuccine noodles and focaccia from scratch, and the most delicious Bolognese sauce I have ever had. We also made a to-die-for tiramisu. Her English is perfect and she is the most delightful person, so warm and inviting. The apartment is what you would hope an apartment in Florence, Italy, would look and feel like, which only enhanced the experience. I would love to take another classes from this beautiful lady and I can only wish the same experience for others. If you are heading to Florence, please don't miss this opportunity. This is a memory that will remain with you for the rest of your life. You aren't just seeing a statue or painting, but actually feeling the heart of Italy.

Wow, wow, wow! What an amazing experience my mother, nephew, and I had. Elisabetta is an absolute gem of a human being. Probably the highlight of our entire trip to Italy was learning to cook traditional dishes and enjoy them with Elisabetta and her lovely boyfriend in their beautiful home. They were so incredibly generous. If you enjoy great food, great people and truly connecting with locals you MUST book this experience.

I really enjoyed my Italian cooking lesson with Elisa. We cooked a traditional Italian meal at her home. Elisa shared cooking secrets that you would never get from a recipe. The result was a fabulous meal of homemade pasta and tiramusu. The best part is that I was able to make both again when I got home from Italy. My family was very impressed. Definitely recommend this class!

Elisa is simply the best! She is a beautiful person inside and out. My Food & Art experience with her was not only fun and delicious but also interesting and insightful. I am walking away with real knowledge of food and cooking that I didn't have before and new insights about myself which I learned from the art portion of my class. During her class she explains everything to you and makes sure you are comfortable and engaged! Food & Art was my best experience in Florence, I can't wait to come back! Thank you, Elisa!!

We had a fun evening at the house of Elisabetta enjoying her cooking in the center of Florence. Upon arriving, we were treated to a variety of specialties and got to poke around her kitchen which was actually really interesting, you can tell this is someone who really enjoys to cook and sharing her food with company. I definitely thought this was a fun alternative than going out for dinner and would recommend this evening to my friends. Eating at a local's house definitely has a lot of potential, thank you for a very interesting evening.
