Susanna provided a wonderful experience for us in preparing a full Tuscan meal. It was hands on all the way, cleaning chicken livers to dumping lady fingers in mocha espresso. Susanna is very affable, explaining everything along the way. She, obviously, has lots of experience, not only in cooking itself, but in teaching the processes. She would show us the basics and then insist on us finishing the job. We still can't believe how good everything tasted and how you can cook rare roast beef in a pot on the stove !!! And then to be seated on the veranda and be served the wonderful meal as the sun set. Certainly, a night we will always remember, especially when we cook these dishes in the future.

I had the absolute pleasure of doing a cooking class with Susanna when we stayed in Chianti. My experience was amazing. We cooked a three coarse meal from start to finish then enjoyed every mouthful of it, with some lovely wine. Susanna is remarkable lady, not only did we share a great cooking experience she also helped me with my Italian, as I am Australian. I would recommend this cooking class to anyone first timer to experienced cook. if you love food, life and good times you will love Susanna and this class, it is is also set in the most magical location of the Chianti hills.
