I went to Aurora's place with my wife where we met other four people from the U.S.. We learnt to cook four recipes doing everithing from scratch, using basic natural ingredients, even the pasta, working the flour with water and then passing through the pasta machine. We prepared four different dishes, even an eccellent lamb with a 'abbaccchio' sauce and tiramisu as a dessert. At the end we had the dinner with everything we cooked and eccellent wine. A very special way to spend an evening and socialize with other people. Highly suggested.
