I'm Alice, I'm 31 and food has been my passion from the first years of my life. My family grew me up with the culture of eating: eating only good food, eating only in good company because eating is the best pleasure we have. I'm coming from Vicenza, a small city near Venice and after several esperiences abroad and in different place of Italy I moved in Milan with my husband. I work as metallurgic engineer in Forging company producing steel components for OIL and gas and other applications. During week end my favourit way to relax is cooking! I love traditional italian dishes revised with a little touch of originality. I like to create and experiment new recipes using seasonal product. I love wine and Grappa, and I'm very carefull in matching them with the right food.
