We will give you an exciting introduction to venetian ( and italian) cooking and then after this experience
you will be able to recreate all by yourself at home.

We will teach you how turning your hand to simple hand cutting techniques like
tagliatelle, pappardelle and orecchiette.
The focus will be on simple and fresh ingredients which are at the heart of Italian cooking

The space for cooking and dining is more than 60 square meters with large windows. The site is a modern country-loft in a wide green location (garden, orchard and several flowerplants)
