The Neapolitan cuisine stems from a beautiful Italian city, Naples. Its history dates back to the Greco-Roman period, and has been enriched over the centuries by the influence of the different cultures that controlled Naples and its kingdoms. As an Italian, I'd like to bring back the essence of this traditional cuisine and share it with everyone.
