The grand, traditional Roman fare is one that you must try once in a lifetime! The unique dishes that have their roots in the beginnings of the Roman empire will blow you away.
Specially for my guests, I have come up with a full menu of 5 courses:

Rigatoni alla carbonara (Pasta with eggs, bacon, parmigiano and pecorino cheese and black pepper)

Tiramisu (Biscuits dipped in coffee and mascarpone cream)
