The cooking class is a combination of Arabian and Malaysian and we provide 6 course meal for minimum of two guests and maximum of 6 persons:
1) Ayam Rendang, this chicken Rendang
2) Asam Pedas, either fish or meat, this Spicy sour is the most popular in Malaysia
3) Arabian Spaghetti with and thick potato-chicken Sauce, or
4) Arabian Kabsah cooked in spices and chicken bones
5) Special in-house potato-eggplant cooked in rich sauce
6) Arabian green salad or Malaysian pineapple salad
7) Malaysian or Arabian appetizing sambal in hot Jilli and fresh tomatoes
8) Stir fried beans sprouts and shrimps
9) Stir fried fresh green vegetables with or without chicken
