Join me for a private cooking class in Venice. We will meet at the local market, where you will discover how to shop in a local Italian fresh market, as well as the secrets of how to choose the best ingredients, and what makes them so good! We'll teach you how to recognize different vegetables, meat and fish that will be used for the various recipes.

After the market tour, we will proceed to our private Venetian home, where you can learn to cook with a typical Italian "nonna", with her recipes that are passed down the generations. After cooking, we will then enjoy the meal together in our outdoor balcony, overlooking a magnificent view over the rooftops of Venice!
