I am a passionate caterer now but it took some time to realize it as it all started in the most natural way… Since my childhood, I have always enjoyed all about dining from the food combination to the table setting. Helping my Tuscan grandmother around was total fun and I learnt a lot. There was so much of me in those simply actions spoke about love and care. I didn’t know then this was called the art of hosting and simply enjoyed the fun as well as the smiles of the diners. How much this meant to me I would have discovered only in my adult life when the family/friend gathering occasions became fewer and fewer and I realized I missed their atmosphere. My love for cooking as well as for reading about PGI-PDO products and their main features or planning any menu were alive and kicking, there was just a lack of new diners… That’s when I decided to start my small-catering service (https://www.facebook.com/telocucinaclaudia/) and put my skills and know-how -refined in lots of Gambero Rosso cooking classes- at the service of gastronomy lovers.
