ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

Join us on this unique hands on paella cooking class with a tour market, where you will discover the secrets of the Spanish traditional cuisine.*

We will start with a food market visit, to buy all the fresh and organic ingredients. This is an old market in the center of the city, where we always go to buy the best products. After we will head to our apartment located next to the Royal Palace, to start the cooking workshop.

You will be involved from the very first minute on the elaboration of the paella, by preparing all the ingredients and then fire up the gas. This interactive, informative and extremly appetising process will teach you everything you need to know about cooking the perfect Spanish paella!

While your main dish is simmering away in the pan, we will lastly host a Sangria making workshop, allowing you to mix your own fresh and fruity jugs of the classic Spanish refreshment to enjoy with your meal.

*You will be provided with all the ingredients and an apron in order to become a paella chef. Refreshments and snacks will be available during the class and by the end of the session, we will enjoy the meal together.*

ABOUT THELOCATION

Our apartment is located very central, between the Royal Palace and the Templo de Debod. You can easily reach it by public transport (Principe Pio station) or taxi.
If required, we can pick you up at your hotel
