First course:
Risotto with pear, taleggio and lemongrass

Second course:

Ayam kicap manis - Indonesian-style chicken with aromatic spices and sweet soy sauce

Stufato di maiale con albicocche - Pork shoulder stew with apricots

Nasi jagung - Rice with sweetcorn and ginger

Dessert:
Tiramisu al te verde e fagioli rossi - savoiardi, red bean cream, matcha

Tiramisu alle fragole - savoiardi, ricotta and mascarpone, strawberries

Drinks: Water, juice and wine will be served throughout the meal.
