Using the seasonal produce of autumn, we create a menu that inspires us and which we hope will do the same to you. We work together with our guests to create a menu where you cook and dine with us, taking dietary concerns and preferences into mind as well.


Our plates are customised to suit your dietary specifications and are also subject to change according to availability. A SAMPLE menu goes like this:

Antipasti (Appetizers) - A combination of various nibbles depending on what is in season. They include a selection of some of the following:
1) Involtini di verza or radicchio ripieno di vedure misti - Cabbage or chicory rolls with mixed vegetable filling
2) Insalata stagionale - Seasonal salad
3) Bruschette alla Romana - Roman grilled sourdough bread with garlic, cherry tomatoes & extra-virgin olive oil
4) Crostini di polenta con funghi e formaggio fuso - Baked polenta with parmesan, topped with sauteed mushrooms and melted cheese
5) Salumi misti - Mixed assortment of cold cuts from different regions in Italy

Primo (First course) - Choose 1 from the following. (All pastas will be handmade by us!) :
1) Pasta ai fagioli - Homemade pasta with beans and pork belly in tomato sauce
2) Ravioli di zucca, formaggio di capra - Homemade ravioli with pumpkin and goat cheese filling
3) Pasta con crema di zucca and salsiccia - Homemade pasta with pumpkin cream and Italian sausage (optional: mint)
4) Pasta con funghi - Homemade pasta served with sauteed porcini or other seasonal mushrooms bought on the sane day from our local fresh market
5) Pasta alla pere e gorgonzola con nocciole tostate - Homemade pasta with pear and gorgonzola sauce, garnished with toasted hazelnuts
6) Gnocchi di zucca con salsa di di funghi, pancetta e noci - Pumpkin gnocchi with mushroom, pork belly and walnut sauce (vegetarian version available)
7) Pasta con pesto di zucca - Homemade pasta with pumpkin pesto sauce (contains nuts)
8) Pasta con pancetta, castagne e grappa - Homemade pasta with pork belly, chestnuts and grappa (Italian type of brandy)
9) Pasta con funghi, castagne e salsiccia - Homemade pasta with mushrooms, chestnuts and Italian pork sausage
10) Ravioli d castagne e salsiccia con salsa di vin brulee - Homemade ravioli with chestnut and Italian pork sausage filling, in a spiced red wine reduction

(Choose 1 from the following) -
1) Castagnaccio con ricotta al limone - Tuscan chestnut flour cake, soft and chewy with baked ricotta and lemon topping
2) Dolce versata dell autunno - layered chilled dessert of crushed amaretti infused with rosemary, pastry cream and sauteed apples with cinnamon (alcohol infusions optional)
3) Torta vin brulee - Chocolate and vin brulee cake
4) Torta alle nocciole - Hazelnut cake (gluten free), served with lightly whipped honey ricotta or mascarpone cream
5) Crostata di ricotta e uva fragola - Ricotta and strawberry-grape tart, with a hazelnut and chestnut pastry base
