This is a Hands-on Paella Cooking experience that starts with a tour to one of the most popular fresh food markets in Barcelona “Mercat de la Llibertat”.

We will meet in our fully equipped and comfortable cooking space in the neighbourhood of Gracia, one of the most popular neighbourhoods in Barcelona. From there, we will walk to one of the most popular fresh food markets for Barcelona’s people, “Mercat de la Llibertat”. As we make our way to the market we will walk through the narrow and commercial streets of Gracia where you will be able to experience the real Barcelona Life.

In the market you will be provided with information on the most commonly used products, and you will be able to experience the colours and flavours of the Mediterranean Products. Back at our cooking lab, with the ingredients prepared and the instructions from the chef, you will learn to cook the Paella.

Once the food is ready, sit back, relax and enjoy your meal paired with a bottle of Spanish wine.
